On October 17, 2026, BMW enthusiasts gathered at New Jersey Motorsports Park for the Bavarian Heritage Invitational, a curated celebration of BMW history spanning vintage classics, modern performance cars, and motorsport icons. Hosted by the Delaware Valley and New Jersey Chapters of BMW CCA, the event brought together an incredible mix of cars, people, and stories in one place.

People’s Choice Winners
The 2026 People’s Choice competition highlighted three standout cars from the field. First place went to Mark Melnychenko’s 2023 BMW M8, second place to James Roads’ 1993 BMW 318i, and third place to Barry Loar’s 2010 BMW 328iT M Sport.
From vintage icons to modern M cars and full-bore race machinery, the Bavarian Heritage Invitational delivered exactly what makes BMW culture special: engineering, history, personality, and a community that still gets excited about the details.
